Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy applies to all products purchased directly through https://www.copinlondon.com.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. We offer refunds only.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item purchased from us. This exceeds the minimum 14-day return window required under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions: it must be unused and unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging intact, with all original tags attached and unremoved, and free of any damage, alteration, or misuse caused by the customer.

On-Demand Products

Most of our pieces are made on demand in support of slow fashion and to reduce overproduction. This does not affect your right to return. On-demand products are eligible for return under the same conditions as all other items.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for items that show signs of wear or use, items returned without original packaging, items with tags removed, items that have been damaged, altered, or misused by the customer, items not purchased directly from https://www.copinlondon.com, and items returned after the 30-day return window has passed.

Where to Return

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through our website at https://www.copinlondon.com. Items purchased through third-party retailers or platforms must be returned in accordance with their respective return policies. We are unable to process returns for items not purchased directly from us.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please retain your proof of postage in case of a dispute.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you are returning your entire order, the original standard shipping cost will be refunded in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you chose an upgraded or express shipping method, only the cost of standard shipping will be refunded.

Please note that partial returns will not include a refund of the original shipping cost.
