Shipping
Most of our pieces are made on demand in support of slow fashion. Delivery times may vary depending on availability and will be indicated on each product page.
Confirmation
If you have not received an order confirmation within 5 days of your purchase, please contact our customer care.
Help placing your order
If you cannot place your order on our website, our Client Advisors are available to help you from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, by email at contact@copinlondon.com.
Gift wrapping
Each order is carefully packed in a COPIN LONDON gift box or envelope. At checkout, you can add a personalised message, which will be printed on a card and included with your order.
Delivery costs
Available destinations and shipping costs are confirmed at checkout.
Returns
We offer refunds on all items returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. For full details on our returns process and eligibility, please visit our Returns & Refunds Policy. If you wish to return your items, please contact our customer care.
Creating an account
You can create an account on www.copinlondon.com to help you quickly make online purchases. You can also consult your order history, track the delivery of your orders, manage returns, and update your contact information.
Delivery tracking
You can track your order via your customer account by logging in and clicking on "My orders", then clicking on the tracking number. You will also receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Dispatch
For items in stock, orders are dispatched within 48 hours, except on bank holidays.
Modify/Cancel order
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact the customer care team. They will be very happy to assist you with your request.
Pasword reset
If you forget your password, click on "Your account" and then on "Forgot my password". An email will be sent to you to reset your password.
